About The Role

As a Provider Relations Coordinator , you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers within our network. You will support provider onboarding, coordinate contracting activities, follow up on provider requests and issues, and ensure effective communication between providers and internal teams. The role also involves monitoring provider performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement and expansion of the healthcare provider network.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned healthcare providers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate provider onboarding, contracting, and required documentation.
  • Follow up on provider requests, updates, and contract-related activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective provider operations.
  • Monitor provider performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records and databases.
  • Prepare reports and updates related to provider activities and network performance.
  • Support the development and expansion of the healthcare provider network.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field .
  • 0–3 years of experience in Provider Relations, Medical Network, Contracting, or a similar role within a TPA or insurance company. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good understanding of healthcare provider networks and medical insurance operations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel .
  • Ability to work effectively with both healthcare providers and internal teams.
