HOW YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK LIKE

• Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
• Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with
• Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction
• Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems
• Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Language Maestro: Fluent English, written and spoken
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• A problem-solving, can-do mindset
• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
• Availability to work in shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean criminal record
• B2+ English level
• Availability to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal or Covilhã)
