What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day

You’ll be the voice and digital point of contact for customers across the Netherlands, keeping their shopping experience smooth and effortless.

• Digital Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries primarily through written Email and Chat , with some phone support.
• Real Problem Solving: Help shoppers with order tracking, order delivery updates, damaged items, and size exchanges.
• Modern Tools: Work with standard CRM platforms and 3 to 5 internal systems to deliver fast, top-tier service.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

• Languages: Native or C1-level Dutch + solid conversational English (B2) for training and system navigation.
• Skills: Strong written communication skills in Dutch, comfortable typing speed, and decent computer knowledge.
• Mindset: Enthusiastic, open-minded, ready to learn, and excited about moving abroad!
• No experience? No problem. Previous retail, sales, or customer support experience is a bonus, but your positive attitude and drive to learn matter most!
