Italian Speaking Multilingual Support Representative -Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support to clients in Italian and other languages through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and day-to-day issues, working to resolve them promptly.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain service excellence and enhance customer experience.
• Participate in training and continuous learning to stay updated on product offerings and improve service skills.
• Identify potential areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and at least one additional language (English, French, Spanish, etc.), both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using customer support tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
