This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about travel and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking passengers navigating their airline needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist passengers with inquiries related to flights, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Effectively resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers with professionalism and care.
• Stay knowledgeable about airline services, policies, and updates to deliver accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on service standards and improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or tourism industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
