Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support to Lithuanian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.

Requirements

Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Adaptability and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
