In this role, you will collaborate with Norwegian-speaking clients, helping them navigate their IT challenges and providing bespoke solutions that streamline their technology operations and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant for Norwegian-speaking clients, identifying their IT requirements and proposing effective solutions.
• Conduct detailed assessments of client needs and develop tailored IT strategies to meet their objectives.
• Lead demonstrations and training sessions to empower clients to fully leverage the implemented IT solutions.
• Work in partnership with technical teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of technology services.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed on the latest IT advancements to provide clients with innovative recommendations.
• Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving any IT-related issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven expertise in IT consulting, client support, or a customer-centric role in IT solutions.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, software, and contemporary tech trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities, particularly in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
