Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and repairs.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer service processes.
Utilize customer feedback to suggest enhancements to products and services.

Requirements

Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
