Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to travel and accommodation.
Assist customers with booking accommodations, travel itineraries, and any travel-related services.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations for destinations, attractions, and activities to enhance the client experience.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and satisfaction.
Work closely with various internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
Stay current on industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback for service enhancement purposes.

Requirements

Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
Familiarity with booking systems and customer service software is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
