About The Role
DescriptionThe Arbitration Case Coordinator is responsible for assisting with preparation, submission, and tracking of federal and state health care arbitration cases, working primarily within independent dispute resolution (IDR) and No Surprise Act (NSA) processes. This individual will help ensure cases are filed accurately, deadlines are met, and supporting document is properly maintained throughout the arbitration life cycle. No prior arbitration experience is required. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with technology, and eager to learn. RequirementsAssociate's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and WordAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn new software and web-based platforms quickly with a positive team-oriented attitude
