Manager - UX/UI Designer(Open Finance) 6 Months Contract Onsite in UAE -

We are seeking an experienced Manager – UX/UI Designer to lead the user experience design process for digital products related to Open Finance . The role focuses on creating intuitive, seamless, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for wireframing, prototyping, usability testing support, and UI design , while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with both user needs and business goals .

This role requires someone who can own the design lifecycle , advocate for users, and contribute to the evolution of UX strategy and design processes.

Key Responsibilities

UX & Interaction Design

• Design the information architecture and interaction flows for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless user journeys.
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and product adoption.

Prototyping & UI Design

• Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Miro .
• Create high-quality UI designs, mockups, and interactive prototypes aligned with design systems.
• Work closely with UI and development teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency .

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy.
• Present design concepts, research insights, and usability findings to stakeholders.
• Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product lifecycle .

UX Strategy & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of UX strategy aligned with product and business goals.
• Continuously improve design processes, workflows, and collaboration practices .
• Apply Agile or Lean methodologies to iterate and optimize design outcomes.

Usability & User Research

• Support usability testing, user interviews, and research activities .
• Analyze user insights and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Translate research findings into actionable product improvements .

Project Ownership

• Manage design projects from concept to delivery , ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Ensure designs maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven experience designing web and mobile applications .
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing .
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within Agile environments .

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Figma, Sketch, Miro, or Adobe XD .
• Strong understanding of user research and design thinking methodologies .
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems .
• Understanding of responsive design and digital accessibility .
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus.
