We are seeking a **Customer Care Representative** to join our dynamic team onsite in Bicutan. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
• Provide product and service information to customers as needed
• Achieve individual and team performance targets

**Requirements:**

• Must have bachelor’s degree
• Open to fresh graduates of medical-related courses; or Non-medical degree holders with at least 1 year of customer care support experience (face-to-face), preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Must be knowledgeable in taking blood pressure.
• Must be computer literate.
• Can converse in English
