Job Summary

As a Product Manager at GovTech, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing digital products that enhance government services and improve citizens' lives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, create user-centric solutions, and deliver high-impact technology products for the public sector.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond2. Conduct market research and gather user insights to inform product strategy and roadmap3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators4. Prioritize features and create detailed product requirements documents5. Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery6. Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment8. Facilitate communication between various teams and government agencies9. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends10. Present product updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field2. 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology sector3. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities6. Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams7. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques8. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices9. Experience with government digital transformation projects is a plus10. Passion for leveraging technology to improve public services and citizen experiences

Working with Engineering Manager to lead a team of Data Engineers to develop data and AI products.

Preferably with experience managing data products.

Experience with AWS data products is a bonus
