AI Product Manager

You will work across business, technology, delivery, and commercial teams to identify high-value opportunities, define the product direction, and bring AI solutions from concept through implementation and adoption.</p>
<p>You will play a key role in connecting client needs with emerging AI capabilities, ensuring that solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and deliver measurable business outcomes.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI-enabled products and services.</li>
<li>Identify and evaluate opportunities where AI can improve business processes, operational efficiency, customer experience, or service delivery.</li>
<li>Translate business challenges and user needs into clear product requirements, AI use cases, value propositions, and implementation roadmaps.</li>
<li>Develop business cases and quantify the expected value and impact of proposed AI initiatives.</li>
<li>Work closely with AI engineering, solution architecture, delivery, sales, and business teams to take solutions from ideation through development, deployment, and adoption.</li>
<li>Engage senior stakeholders and clients to understand priorities, align expectations, and drive product adoption.</li>
<li>Define and monitor product success metrics, including productivity improvement, cost savings, turnaround time, service quality, adoption, and business impact.</li>
<li>Support the development of commercial models, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies for AI-enabled solutions.</li>
<li>Stay current with developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise technology to identify opportunities for new products and capabilities.<strong> </strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, digital transformation, technology consulting, or managed services, with responsibility for driving technology-enabled initiatives.</li>
<li>Strong experience developing business cases, product or transformation roadmaps, and value realization frameworks.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and measurable outcomes.</li>
<li>Experience working with engineering and delivery teams to bring AI, data, automation, or digital products from concept through production and adoption.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior business leaders and client stakeholders.</li>
<li>Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled workflows.</li>
<li>Familiarity with product commercialization, pricing, service catalogue development, or go-to-market activities.</li>
