About The Role
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Safeguarding Team at Middlesbrough.
What will your responsibilities be?
Section 42 enquiries - Lead and coordinate safeguarding enquiries under the Care Act, gathering information, assessing risk, and determining protective actions to ensure adults at risk are safe.
Risk assessment & protection planning - Complete robust risk assessments, develop multi‑agency protection plans, and monitor outcomes to reduce harm and promote wellbeing
Multi‑agency collaboration - Work closely with health, police, providers, and families to share information, chair meetings, and ensure safeguarding duties are fulfilled lawfully and proportionately.

Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
