Manager, Finance

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team in Hong Kong.This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of the full accounting cycle while acting as a trusted guardian of our financial health. While the core of this role focuses on robust day-to-day financial operations and reporting, we are looking for an analytical thinker who is confident in presenting financial narratives to key stakeholders and tackling ad-hoc strategic projects with <ease.In> this role, you will oversee our daily finance functions - ensuring seamless accounts management, treasury analytics, and strict data confidentiality - while leading our monthly financial and management presentations to help guide our business forward.What You'll Do

Responsible for general accounting duties, which encompass accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, bank reconciliation, and processing expenses claims

Manage daily finance functions, including consolidation, financial statements and reports, e.g. P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Reinforce data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

Assist in preparing financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Prepare regular treasury related reports and analytics

Monthly Presentation on both Financial and Management Reporting

Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support ad-hoc projects as required

Who You Are

Minimum of 4 years working experience in a related field. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Executive position

CPA Student or Membership

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance , or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in MS office, advanced Excel skills are a strong plus.
• Willing to learn, mature, strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details
• Fluent in Cantonese and Good in both English and Mandarin
