As part of our regional expansion, we’re launching a flagship Maximo for Transportation Program in the GCC , covering Saudi Arabia and Dubai — and we’re hiring multiple specialists to join this exciting project.

Role Overview

• We are seeking experienced Maximo for Transportation Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join an ongoing Maximo for Transportation transformation program.
• This role involves working across functional and technical streams of a multi-country implementation, leveraging IBM MAS 8/9.1 , Azure , and AWS environments.
• Candidates can be based remotely , with periodic travel to Saudi Arabia or Dubai if required.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide expert input across all Maximo for Transportation functional modules.
• Drive configuration, setup, and optimization activities for Transportation operations.
• Support MAS 8/9.1 upgrades and integration with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cloud/infrastructure teams on Azure or AWS deployment models .
• Advise clients on process design, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Mentor client teams and coordinate across project phases.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience.
• 3+ years focused specifically on Maximo for Transportation .
• Solid experience in Configuration, Setup, and Functional Design .
• Experience in MAS 8.x / MAS 9.1 environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of transportation asset management processes .
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with remote and cross-border teams .
