Technical Lead

We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead – Teamcenter (PLM, Configurator & Integrations) to join a cross‑functional agile team working on next‑generation digital platforms and the supporting systems that enable seamless end‑to‑end product and configuration data flows in Gothenburg, Sweden.

What You’ll Do

• Design, define, and own the Teamcenter architecture, data model, and configurator
• Establish data ownership, system boundaries, and integration principles
• Drive API‑first and event‑driven architecture across systems
• Ensure configuration structures support reuse and API/JSON-based consumption
• Own data flows from Teamcenter to APIs, digital products, and external partners
• Define and enforce JSON schemas and API contracts (versioning, stability)
• Drive event-driven integrations with clear separation of source vs transformed data
• Own platform environments (TEST / PROD), upgrades, and release processes
• Collaborate across digital, business units, and integration teams
• Lead governance for data, APIs, and configuration standards

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or similar) or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience in architecture and technical leadership roles
• Strong experience driving architecture, standards, and cross-domain decisions
• Proven experience working with distributed systems and integrations
• Experience working in agile, collaborative teams

Hands-on experience with

• Teamcenter (architecture and configurator)
• API-driven integrations and event-driven architecture
• Advanced JSON modelling and schema design
• System integrations and data flow design
• Governance of data, APIs, and configuration

Nice to Have

Experience working with external partners and partner onboarding models

Familiarity with large-scale digital platforms and product data ecosystems

Experience with platform ownership and environment management
