Internship in Customer sales advisor

Your function consists in supporting the Customer Service in diverse missions: You are a point of contact for customers, sales and internal departments regarding their orders and the follow-up of shipments. Here you look at the possibilities to provide a solution for your contact person You advise customers and are in contact with them by phone and email You take care of the customer follow-up from A to Z You monitor and analyze the performance and also help prepare it You prepare presentations for customer meetings You support us in several ongoing projects

You are pursuing a Graduate, Bachelor's or Master's degree. If your studies have a logistics background, that's a plus You are a team player and are naturally helpful You have a problem-solving ability and can handle certain situations creatively You can work fluently with the MS Office package – good excel skills are appreciated You have strong communication skills in English and Dutch ; French is a plus And... last but not least: You are sociable, stress resistant and you possess a healthy dose of humor.
