Driven Motor Jobs are looking for a Service Advisor for their client who is a well established service centre, offering a highly competitive package and fantastic benefits.
As a Service Advisor within this organisation you will receive all the usual benefits working for a professional franchised business.

As an experienced motor trade service advisor your duties will include

Workshop load (hours booked).
Consistently up sell parts and accessories.
Achieve an excellent CSI and Mystery Shopper results.
Deal with customer complaints.
Maintain an excellent level of customer retention.
Work well within a team across all departments.

The ideal person will have previous experience of being a Service Advisor, a good communicator, well organised, sets high standards and can deliver results. A full UK driving licence is essential.
