Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Encore Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will represent the Marriott Vacation Club brand, engaging with guests and generating new sales opportunities through the Encore programme, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the brand and generate new tours through the Encore programme
• Present vacation ownership opportunities and encourage tour bookings
• Identify upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience
• Verify eligibility and manage booking and purchase documentation
• Provide follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction
• Answer guest inquiries about services and facilities

Guest Experience & Communication

• Deliver a warm, personalized service to every guest
• Handle requests and concerns in a professional and proactive way
• Communicate clearly via phone, email and face-to-face

Sales Focus

• Use effective sales techniques to maximize revenue
• Support tour generation and conversion activities

Requirements

• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or hospitality
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Languages: English + German or Italian (required), Spanish (a plus).
• Strong communication, customer focus and sales skills.
• Good organizational abilities and computer literacy.
