Job Description

• Support People Strategy and People Engagement teams in daily administrative (BAU) activities, including data collection, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Maintain and monitor recruitment requisitions and candidate pipeline data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data hygiene.
• Assist in the implementation and tracking of OKRs and strategic initiatives within the People Strategy team.
• Support the People Engagament team in the execution of engagement initiatives, including Buddy Program, Wellbeing Programs, Exit Interview, and engagement events.
• Proactively reach out to employees at scale through personalized communication (chat/email) to collect required information, ensure timely responses, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in preparing copywriting for internal communications blast and announcements (email, Google Chat, broadcast messages, etc.).

Requirements

• Current student or fresh graduate in any major; Psychology/Communication major is preferred.
• Proficient in spreadsheet
• Good communication skills.
• Meticulous with data and administrative tasks.
• Tech-savvy.
• Willing to work in a highly agile environment.
• Available for at least 3 months of internship.
• Office location: Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia
• Working arrangement: Hybrid
