Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling & Batch Management:Organize sales teams into structured assessment batches (region-wise/availability-based) tominimize business disruption. Send calendar invites and manage reschedules.Candidate Communication:Share pre-assessment instructions, “Do’s & Don’ts” guides, reminders, and updates.Proctoring & Supervision:Monitor live assessment sessions (sample basis) and ensure sessions are recorded fordocumentation and quality checks.Technical Troubleshooting:Provide real-time support to candidates/trainers and manage last-minute changes or candidatereshuffling.Attendance Tracking:Maintain a live tracker for attendance – completed, no-shows, and <follow-ups.Data> & Coordination:Collect required documents (brochures, results, participant lists, etc.) from SPOCs.Follow up regularly with participants and SPOCs regarding requirements and availability.Ideal CandidateStrong coordination & communication skillsHighly organised and detail-orientedComfortable with Excel / Google SheetsAbility to manage multiple stakeholdersQuick problem-solving mindset
