FP&A Senior Manager

Lead the process of setting business targets and monitoring business performance, advise on the financial consequences of major decisions, lead the process of reporting financial and managerial data, and make recommendations targeted at improving and safeguarding financial results.

Job DescriptionMain Purposes of the Job:FP&A Senior Manager leads financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance management for the business, with high exposure to the Indonesia Leadership Team and Zone leadership. This role works closely across functions to provide a clear view on business performance, risks and opportunities, and the actions needed to deliver targets, while also playing a key role in long term strategic planning, FP&A reporting, ZBB (budgeting) overhead management, and cash performance. As a trusted advisor to the CFO and Leadership Team, the FP&A Senior Manager is expected to bring strong financial judgment, solid business understanding, and practical recommendations, helping shape decisions not only on financial performance but also on broader business direction and execution.Detailed Job Responsibilities:Lead business planning and forecasting processes, including the Kraft Heinz Business Management cycle and annual budgeting <process.Drive> business performance management by providing clear analysis and recommendations on results, risks, opportunities, and actions needed to deliver financial targets across key P&L drivers.Partner closely with the CFO and Indonesia Leadership Team to provide financial and business performance and outlook, risks and opportunities, and key decisions to zone leadership team.Lead strategic planning, financial modeling, FP&A reporting, and preparation of management summaries and presentations for senior leadership <discussions.Support> and challenge cross-functional teams on business performance and strategic initiatives, translating business developments into financial implications and actionsDrive strong visibility and discipline on cash performance and ZBB (budgeting) overhead management, ensuring clear tracking, timely actions, and follow-through to support delivery against business commitments.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters of Business Administration an advantage.Min 10 years of experience in Finance / Accounting, spesifically in FP&A and Finance Business PartnerDemonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumenExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Ability to work autonomously and think independently Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficienciesLocation(s)Menara Mandiri Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
