Area Sales Supervisor GT - Belitung

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive business growth and achieve target profits within the General Trade (GT) channel.Manage and develop distributors, including coaching distributor teams and managing stock to achieve targets.Ensure smooth execution of customer sales activities.Maintain excellent daily sales and distribution routines.Monitor order-taking, delivery, and customer engagement.Serve as a key contributor in the implementation of the Route-To-Market strategy.Act as the primary Kraft Heinz point of contact for General Trade distributors.REQUIREMENTS:Hold 1–3 years of professional experience in General Trade (GT) sales.Possess proven experience in distributor management and sales leadership.Demonstrate core GT sales skills: market segmentation, sales execution, retail dynamics, competitor analysis, distributor management, and promotional effectiveness.Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and sharp analytical skills.Commit to a 1-year contract employment system.Adapt to relocation or placement based on business needs.
