Job DescriptionAbout the PositionWe have an excellent opportunity available for Indirect Buyer to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. Indirect Buyer role lies within the Procurement team and is based in our Susurluk factory. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting to the Indirect Procurement Manager.Key Responsibilities:Analyze company needs for indirect procurement and develop strategic plans.Monitor market trends to identify the best suppliers and pricing opportunities.Create cost-saving initiatives and ensure sustainable procurement strategies.Manage relationships with existing and potential suppliers to ensure high-quality service.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure the best value for the company.Develop supplier evaluation and performance tracking mechanisms.Improve procurement processes through automation and best practices.Implement cost control measures and risk mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical <standards.Work> closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.Provide regular reports on procurement performance, savings, and market <developments.Support> company-wide initiatives related to cost efficiency and supplier sustainability.What you bringBachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable universityPreferably 4+ years experience in Procurement, food industry is a plus.Fluent in EnglishKnowledge SAP, Ariba knowledgeAnalytical thinking capabilities and result-drivenAgility & quick learningPassion for improving and proactive natureExcellent communication skillsEffective working relationships with cross-functional teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-change environmentAbout UsThe Kraft Heinz Company is one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, with eight $1 billion+ brands and global sales of approximately $25 billion.
