Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Production Team Members to join us at our facility in Davenport, Iowa. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality oriented and be willing to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, refrigerated environment. This position requires individuals to perform general duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.Responsibilities & DutiesProcessing and handling raw meat including beef, pork, and poultryMust be able to follow directives to ensure quality products while maintaining safety standards.Troubleshooting to minimize downtime.Sanitation work and cleaning throughout the entirety of your shift. Sanitation is completed within each job group and done daily multiple times a day.Processing of regulated documentationQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED EquivalentAt least 18-years of age2-years of continuous prior employmentPrior Manufacturing Experience preferred but not requiredForklift experience is a plusAble to stand for entire 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour ShiftAble to work in a cold/wet environmentAble to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, carry, push, and pullAbility to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and Pymetric testing.Must have a valid State-issued photo IDMust have reliable transportation for any possible shiftAnyone hired for this position will be required to remove all jewelry, gauges, facial piercings, fake nails, fake eyelashes and nail polish (even clear) before starting employment.
