A&T Exports Shipping Coordinator

Job DescriptionKraft Heinz is looking for Exports Shipping Coordinator who is handling export process Egypt & other factories GloballyResponsibilities:Preparing & introducing the monthly export forecast, give visibility to FF/shipping line.Lanes Pricing prep along with procurement for budget mitigation.Handling discussions with Demand & Supply.Preparing of the Actual monthly export loading plan.Cross-booking exports (Trade) from all factories worldwide to our destinations.Export communications with Documentation & Customs <teams.Review> & Execute LCs with finance.Handling Air freight shipments Exports from all sources.Handling FG importation from all sources.Handling all forwarder & affiliate requests.Handling pre-loading inspection for export.Handling internal communications with WH.Handling testing & sampling protocols for special orders.Preparing & reporting all the export figures.Handling customers claims along with quality departments.Coordinate with sales for priority shipments.Required SkillsUniversity Degree in any field2 to 4 years of work experienceKnowledge (Oracle, computer, Excel, Power point, Word & outlook)Language Knowledge (Arabic & English C1)Work Environment & ScheduleThis position is considered a normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role requires full time.Location(s)El Tagamoa El Khames Commercial Office Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
