Tasks What You'll Be Doing Supporting Jil and Anna in scaling our PX processes as the team keeps growing Owning day-to-day recruiting coordination: screening, scheduling, candidate experience Designing and running onboardings so new hires ramp up fast and feel at home Handling operational HR tasks: contracts, HR tools, coordination with external payroll Supporting culture and team initiatives alongside leads across the company Helping us build processes that are ready for what comes next Requirements What You Bring to the Team Experience in a generalist HR/People role, ideally in a start-up or scale-up A hands-on and get-it-done approach Attention to detail and good organisational skills Comfort with ambiguity, we're building a lot of this as we go Experience implementing HR tools is a plus Fluent German and English Benefits What's extra?
