Packaging Operator – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

We are looking for a motivated Packaging Operator to support the packaging of pharmaceutical products while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Your Responsibilities As a Packaging Operator, you will: Perform packaging activities including bottling, blistering, cartoning, wallet packaging, and visual inspection of pharmaceutical products. Operate according to GMP standards, site procedures, and quality requirements. Clean and maintain packaging equipment and production areas. Carry out line clearance and post-production cleaning activities. Complete production documentation accurately and ensure proper batch record completion. Support format and product changeovers. Follow production schedules and contribute to achieving operational targets. Report safety observations, incidents, and near misses. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency. What You Bring At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Good understanding of GMP/GxP environments. Fluency in French. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
