PRODUCTION ENGINEERING STAFF

• SNPW team is looking for Production Engineering Staff to join our organization and support efficient
• production operations, process improvement, and equipment reliability.

JOB OVERVIEW

Conduct planning, designing, developing, and managing processes to ensure the production of high-quality products. Perform maintenance on machinery, facilities, and equipment, and carry out other related duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of production within the facility.
• Ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently and reliably.
• Develop and improve production processes, systems, and equipment for industrial use.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures.
• Oversee the layout and organization of the production area to support efficient workflow and operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4-5 years engineering degree course.
• Engineering licensed is an advantage, but not required.
• Experience or knowledge in a related field is an advantage, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
