General Description

• Supervise employees, assign trailers to specific doors and arrange product to be loaded, inspect trailers for temperatures, enforcement of safety policies of load dock area.
• Inspect trailers for appropriate temperature and consistency.
• Utilize company’s computer systems and databases for tracking product.
• Manages product inventory on a daily basis.
• Supervise, evaluate and direct personnel in performing duties according to sound operating principles and company policies and procedures.
• Anticipate and determine causes of delays in shift operations and take appropriate actions to meet schedules.
• Work closely with other supervisors and management to promote
• efficiency
• (on time delivery)
• and teamwork in each department and throughout plant facility.
• Deals with USDA personnel on a daily basis.
• Complete documentation and daily paperwork/payroll.
• Customer Service- Provide ETA for drivers as requested

Required skills
