HATCHERY - UTILITY

Position at Pilgrim's

MAJOR JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Notify hatchery management of any machine issue that could effect
• chick quality.
• Work on Wednesday clean days. Repair farm buggies.
• Any other job duties as requested by Hatchery Management.

PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS

• Fill in for Hatchery Jobs during
• absences
• General Tasks assigned by Management when there are not
• absences

QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

• Make certain all GMP's are followed at all times as they relate to safety and
• Animal Welfare.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• Always use correct PPE for individual job tasks.
• Hearing protection must be worn during chick processing.
• Fall protection must be used in the event work is over 4' from ground level.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Mostly indoor working conditions with temperatures between 64-100.
• Outside working conditions will vary according to the weather conditions.
• Required to lift up to 50 lbs
