🦷 What You’ll Do (and Grow Into)
We’re looking for a new grad/resident who is comfortable with core general dentistry—or eager to become comfortable quickly—with coaching and support.
Core dentistry day one
Exams, restorative, crowns/bridges, simple extractions, diagnosis, treatment planning
Growth track (supported)
Molar endodontics
Surgical extractions
Implant dentistry
(mentorship + CBCT support)
This role is ideal if you want to practice
full-scope comprehensive general dentistry
without being thrown to the wolves.
💰 Compensation & Schedule
30% of collections
Forecasted annual earnings:
$230,400 – $288,000+
(production-driven)
No lab or supply fees
W-2 employment
with full operational/administrative support
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Optional:
1 Saturday/month
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
