To know more about us click here . Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting reporting processes, and strengthening internal controls. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insights, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement across accounting operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements and general ledger accounts Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and company accounting policies Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders Partner with business units to analyze variances and explain financial results Strengthen internal control processes and support audit readiness Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives Support risk assessment activities related to financial reporting and controls Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, or auditing Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards Previous experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is considered a strong advantage Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred or in progress Business-level English required, with German language proficiency considered a strong asset Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Visteon Culture: If you thrive in a fast-paced, organizational culture that requires agility, adaptability, and a growth mindset from its employees to thrive and stay ahead of the curve Visteon is the place.
