Sales Financial Controller

WHAT WILL YOU DO? · Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure strong financial governance, pricing discipline, and margin optimisation · Review and analyse sales pricing, contracts, and realisations versus benchmarks (LME, premia, FX, TC/RC) · Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and performance insights for senior leadership · Analyse revenue, margins, and customer profitability to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities · Support sales budgeting, forecasting, and outlooks across domestic and export markets · Monitor receivables, credit exposure, and working capital linked to commercial terms · Drive automation, standardisation, and digitalisation of marketing finance and reporting processes · Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and governance frameworks WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? · A Degree in Accounting / Finance · CA / CMA or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ experience · Experience in mining, metals, commodities, or manufacturing will be advantageous · Strong exposure to commercial finance, pricing, contracts, or marketing finance · Advanced skills in SAP, reporting tools, and data analytics (Power BI preferred) · Strong analytical, reporting, and business-partnering skills · Excellent communication skills; a collaborative team player with a control mindset Location: Flexible- India/ Johannesburg/Aggeneys
