About The Role
Preparing, processing, and analyzing documents; reviewing for accuracy and completeness; updating information and/or evaluating against policy; comparing for consistency. Developing and maintaining area-specific records, reviewing reports, resolving the more sensitive compliance issues, and providing area centralization for agency-level coordination. Receiving, researching, and responding to incoming questions and/or complaints; providing information, explaining policy and/or procedure, and/or facilitating resolutions. Monitoring and coordinating output for accuracy of information. Acting as a resource to provide information and determining the most effective way of meeting the needs of management, staff, clients, or customers. May include performing 24-hour on-call services as required under supervisor's direction. 24-hour on-call service assignments may be based on, and subject to, geographic employment location and/or agency demand. Is a current employee of the Utah Division of Child Family Services (DCFS) Is adept at interacting professionally with all levels of management while managing a diversified workload and challenging situations Deals with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
