Delivery & Operations Specialist, Los Angeles

Upway is a fast-growing startup building the world’s largest e-commerce site for e-bikes 🚲. We are rapidly expanding in our mission to make electric mobility more accessible and reduce waste 🌎!We are now hiring a Delivery & Operations Specialist to join our Los Angeles, CA team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Upway on the road - delivering and picking up bikes across the LA area with professionalism and care. When not on deliveries, you’ll support daily warehouse operations by moving, packaging, and preparing bikes for customers. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our customer experience, combining driving, customer interaction, and warehouse teamwork.Our location is in Redondo Beach, right off the Metro K line.
