Private Equity Internship (for 6 month) in Warsaw, PL, Start in September/October 2026

What to expect

As an intern, you will be involved as a full member of the team from day one and will have the opportunity to experience the entire investment process at first hand. Your duties will include:

Analysis of investment opportunities in Poland, as well as industries and markets

Active support of the investment team in the execution of live transactions

Preparation of presentations for the investment committee and external purposes

Participation and interaction in meetings with advisers and management teams

Contributing to the day-to-day management of the Poland portfolio

Period

Start: September or October 2026 for 6 months

Requirements

Please note that you are not required to submit a cover letter. Instead, please submit a short investment pitch (max. 300 words) aligned with our investment strategy, setting out your thesis, key supporting arguments and principal risks.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Your profile

Prior internship experience in private equity, investment banking or a related transaction-oriented field

-Bachelor's degree and currently pursuing, or having completed, a master's degree with a strong academic record from a top-ranked university

A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

Demonstrated financial modelling and valuation experience

Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and problem-solving skill

Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Proficiency with MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Fluency in Polish and English
