Position Overview

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients ages 16 and older, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term health outcomes.
• Enjoy the autonomy of private practice while benefiting from a strong, collaborative team and an established internal referral network.

Qualifications

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure

Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

Passion for patient-centered, relationship-driven care
