About The Role

Group Company: TRIPATRA Designation: QUANTITY SURVEYOR Office Location: AREA PROJECT PHR JPK REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Engineering, Science, Economics, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Science, Economics, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline with at least 8 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction progress measurement. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (Roads/High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects. Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, quantity take-off, progress measurement, and valuation of construction works, particularly for Oil & Gas and EPC projects. Good understanding of EPC contract models, including lump-sum and unit-rate contracts, as well as variation orders and change management. Proficient in construction progress measurement, quantity surveying methodologies, and interpretation of detailed construction schedules. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, topographical survey data, and other technical documents to verify construction quantities and contractor work progress. High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability in validating contractor measurements, work progress, and payment claims. Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Contractors, Project Controls, Construction, and Company representatives. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform quantity surveying and construction progress measurement to ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements. Verify construction quantities, installed work, and completed activities through routine site inspections and measurements. Review and validate Contractors' progress claims, quantity measurements, and payment applications before submission for approval. Ensure all measured work complies with approved drawings, work orders, specifications, and Company standards. Prepare quantity survey reports, progress measurement records, and recommendations for the Lead Project Controls . Conduct routine site inspections to monitor construction progress and maintain accurate measurement and progress records. Support project handover activities by verifying the quantity and completeness of installed materials and completed works. Coordinate with Construction, Project Controls, Engineering, and Contractors to resolve quantity-related issues and ensure accurate progress reporting. Report to and support the Lead Project Controls in managing quantity surveying and construction progress measurement throughout the project lifecycle.
