As Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by establishing strategic sales partnerships and supporting our expansion into new country markets. This is not a pure sales role. You will own the entire process from evaluating new opportunities and ensuring proper execution to guaranteeing that each initiative delivers the expected results once implemented.

Drive growth by building strong relationships with major sales partners, including automotive OEMs, utilities, installation companies, and others

Own the entire partnership lifecycle from pitching and negotiating to closing contracts and managing long-term partner relationships

Identify and evaluate growth opportunities by assessing international expansion potential and defining regulatory and technical requirements for the product development team

Support market entry efforts through project management, helping to establish local teams, processes, and operational structures

Contribute to product development by translating customer needs and market insights into actionable requirements

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other international industry events

Who you are

You have at least 3 years of experience in the energy sector, ideally in charging, batteries or photovoltaic

You hold a university degree with a focus on business and/or technology

You bring strong expertise in commercial management, business case development, risk assessment, and international market expansion

You possess a deep understanding of charging infrastructure, including commercial applications, technical fundamentals, regulatory environments, and global market requirements

You are fluent in German and English and are open to international travel
