, you play a pivotal role in bringing this philosophy to life.

As the central coordinator of each client's medical journey, you will work closely with physicians, psychologists, nursing, hospitality and external specialists to ensure every aspect of treatment is delivered with precision, compassion and excellence. You will oversee the coordination of medical services from admission through discharge and continuing care, ensuring that every programme is clinically robust, operationally seamless and aligned with the highest standards of client experience.

Your Responsibilities

Manage clients throughout their treatment journey - pre-admission, residential and continuing care - ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality and client experience

Act as the central point of contact for the full treatment team, including LICs, external consultants and other stakeholders, for a coordinated 360-degree approach

Lead care plan reviews and internal meetings and manage relationships with families and others involved in the client's care

Liaise with the primary doctor, maintain close contact with the client and team, and shape discharge and recharge planning for continuity of care

Ensure smooth communication with Hospitality, review additional costs transparently, and take accountability for client satisfaction

Participate in weekend on-call duties on a rotating basis

Own the medical components of clients' programmes - external appointments, assessments and follow-ups - scheduled and delivered to the highest clinical standard

Act as the link between physicians, specialists, nursing/Spitex and the treatment team, managing medical scheduling in line with physician-presence standards and governance

Coordinate external medical appointments and transport, oversee accurate medical documentation including charge inputs, and support the health assessments model

You are/have

Clinical or medical background (nursing, medical or allied health)

International work experience

Fluent German including Swiss German, excellent English

Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS-Office; experience with electronic health records preferred

Swiss driving license cat. B and eligibility to work in Switzerland
