About The Role
Your mission
This is a high-exposure transformation and value-creation role at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, and investor engagement, reporting directly to the COO:
Drive initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and measurable results realization.
Work closely with executive leadership and shareholders on value-creation priorities, strategic projects, financing topics, and selected M&A or corporate development initiatives
Prepare decision materials and strategic recommendations for board-level and investor discussions.
Successful candidates will quickly take on increasing responsibility across critical growth and transformation topics
Independently support and drive strategic and operational transformation and value-enhancement initiatives—with a focus on sustainable improvements and effective implementation
Identify, analyze, and prioritize value-enhancement opportunities in key business areas—such as pricing, cost optimization, productivity, or organizational effectiveness—in collaboration with the relevant departments
Develop and implement initiatives in the areas of operational excellence, performance improvement, and organizational development, such as optimizing processes, improving control mechanisms, or achieving sustainable efficiency gains
Prepare business cases, KPI analyses, decision-making documents, and management presentations for executive management and investors, including steering committee materials, progress analyses, and the tailored presentation of complex content
Supporting transformation tracking, progress monitoring, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders, as well as ensuring sustainable implementation in collaboration with the functional departments
Collaborating on selected corporate development, financing, and transaction projects, as well as providing support on investor-related issues in the context of further growth and portfolio development
Your profile
A successfully completed degree in economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field with above-average grades
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally at a top management consulting firm, in the private equity sector, in investment banking, or in a demanding strategy or transformation role
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a high degree of execution ability and personal responsibility
Confidence in handling complex analyses, business cases, and tailoring content for top management
High level of motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as a professional and confident demeanor
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data-driven analysis and performance management is a plus
