Handling bookings/cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems. Receiving incoming calls helping travel agents using the platform and managing reservations with special requests Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, using out-going call to find and agree on best resolutions. Creative thinking and results-oriented candidate with ability to handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Operating a few online systems at once, providing service to travel agents. Responsible to solve operational and administration cases/tasks from A-Z Working in shifts, also covering nights, weekends and bank holidays Qualifications: Service oriented persona with high communication skills Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented work style, solving problems. Can control and lead multiple tasks, activating all resources to efficiently solve cases. Experience working B2B with travel agents/ business professional in the industry. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products/system, and company procedures. Ability to work night shifts and/or evening/weekends shifts. Working Schedule: This role operates on a 24/7 shift rotation. Working hours may include the following shifts: 08:00–17:00 09:00–18:00 10:00–19:00 11:00–20:00 12:00–21:00 13:00–21:00 14:00–22:00 16:00–01:00 23:00–08:00 Flexibility to work across different shifts, including evenings and overnight shifts, is required.
