About the Role

We're hiring a Production Clerk to support daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This role handles production documentation, reporting, and system updates, and plays a key part in keeping records accurate and communication flowing between production teams and shifts.

What You'll Do

Print and manage picking lists and work orders in the ERP system
Release, track, and complete production batches
Review production paperwork for accuracy and completeness
Report finished goods (cases, units, and pounds) per work order
Perform cycle counts and material verification
Track machine speeds and production output
Create end-of-shift production reports
Communicate with production teams and incoming/outgoing shifts
Assist with troubleshooting system or documentation issues
Support onboarding/check-in of temporary employees as needed
Provide general administrative support to production leadership
What We're Looking For
High school diploma preferred
Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
Office-based role with frequent interaction on the production floor
Frequent walking, standing, and computer use
Ability to lift/push up to 50+ lbs as needed
