Marketing Representative Pekanbaru

Job Description

• Achieve business targets set by the company in the Pekanbaru area.
• Recruit new SOB (Source of Business) partners to expand business opportunities and strengthen the network.
• Conduct regular visits to dealers to obtain new business opportunities and support business closing from cash dealers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, clients, and business partners.
• Monitor and follow up on business prospects to ensure target achievement and business growth.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the Branch Head regarding achievements, business strategies, challenges, and problem-solving plans.
• Handle administrative processes and documentation related to marketing activities and branch operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good administrative and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel for dealer visits and business development activities.
• Experience in relevant industry is an advantage.
