• Product Commercialization & Sales Effectiveness

· Lead product launch and commercialization initiatives across bancassurance partnerships.
· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition initiatives, and lead generation programs.
· Own launch readiness, business performance, and achievement of targeted outcomes for strategic product initiatives.
· Design and implement sales compensation schemes, incentive programs, and sales enablement initiatives.

• Partnership Management & Governance

· Coordinate Monthly Business Reviews, Steering Committee (SteerCo), and other governance forums with strategic partners.
· Prepare business performance updates, strategic initiative reviews, and management presentations.
· Track partnership commitments agreed action items, and follow-up activities.
· Support stakeholder engagement and collaboration with strategic partners, including Danamon and Adira.

• Strategic Projects & Growth Initiatives

· Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects and business growth initiatives.
· Identify, evaluate, and implement new business opportunities, partnership initiatives, and growth programs.
· Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of key initiatives.
· Drive delivery and business outcomes of strategic initiatives in line with agreed objectives.
