Junior Conservator – Architectural Finishes

Carry out the conservation, repair, and restoration of architectural finishes in accordance with approved conservation methodologies and project requirements. Assess the condition of architectural materials and implement appropriate conservation treatments under the guidance of senior conservators. Assist with preventive conservation activities, including documentation, storage, handling, and protection of architectural finishes. Prepare treatment records, condition assessments, photographic documentation, and conservation reports. Coordinate with conservators, architects, engineers, and project teams throughout the delivery of conservation works. Ensure all interventions comply with recognised conservation principles, project specifications, and quality requirements. Handle and protect heritage materials using appropriate conservation techniques and procedures.
