Your purpose at Stanley/Stella

The

IT Application Manager Web Platforms

is responsible for ensuring the performance, security, scalability, and continuous improvement of Stanley/Stella’s web applications and digital commerce platforms, while managing external partners, supporting business-driven roadmap initiatives, and driving innovation through modern technologies and AI.

You own the operational health of Stanley/Stella's web ecosystem, including Magento, Dealer APIs, Embedded Catalogue and future digital applications. While business teams own the product vision and roadmap, you act as the technical guardian of that roadmap, ensuring solutions are secure, stable, scalable and aligned with our technology standards.

You are supported in that mission by strategic web partners providing dedicated development and support capabilities. Your role is to steer this extended team, drive operational excellence and leverage emerging technologies (including AI) where they create tangible business value.

Your role and impact

Service Ownership & Operations (40%)

Own the performance,

stability

and security of the web application landscape.

Manage incidents, problems,

releases

Your profile

• + years in Application Management, Service Management or Digital Platforms.
• Experience with business-critical web applications or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
